Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate eyes Rs 400 crore sales from new housing tower “CEDAR” in the capital city of Karnataka - Bengaluru
Shahpoorji Palonji real estate company has launched their latest housing project named “Cedar” in central Bengaluru. The Cedar tower is RERA complaint with Project RERA Number - PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180122/004645 was launched in January 2022 and the possession is estimated to be in December 2026. The towers have residential units with configurations of 2.5 and 3 BHK of sizes ranging from 1580.00 sq. ft. - 3800.00 sq. ft. Some of the amenities at the site are Sewage Treatment Plant, Landscaping & Tree Planting, Fire Fighting System, Electrification(Transformer, Solar Energy etc), Water Conservation, Rain water Harvesting, Community Buildings, Storm Water Drains, Solid Waste Management and so on Other features that draw attention are specified vehicle free zones for kids to play, kinetic playgrounds, hanging gardens, ample green areas spread across the site, infinity edge view, multi-purpose play courts, treehouse, dedicated swimming pools for women, pet park and so on.
