In 2004, he joined the Family Business under his Father’s guidance. In a span of 10 years, ACL group grew from a Mid-Range Developer to Rajasthan’s Largest Township Developer. This resulted in an exponential growth of the group. Mr. Amit is a Pragmatist and has an ability to turn Risks into Profitability. He has expanded company’s root in the entire state of Rajasthan. Apart from Real Estate Arena, he is managing other verticals of the group which are diversified into Furniture Industry, with the name known as LIVE IN DOOR PVT. LTD., In Education Arena, with the name known as ACL JUNIOUR’S, a Pre School Chain, In Hospitality Arena, with the name known as HOTEL VIJAY PALACE, a Heritage Hotel in Heart of Pink City, Jaipur.
A first generation Entrepreneur, Mr. Chetan Sakunia holds over 10 years of experience in the allied fields of finance and rural development. He emphasizes on developing innovative ideas which are needed to uplift the rural housing development. His focus on quality has been a driving force behind his growth and achievements. Being a true veteran in his field, he has the exposure in the North Indian markets which has given him a strong understanding of the market needs in the housing developments in the North region of India. He has been responsible for leading business development, exhibiting his proficiency as a partner in the field over a period of time. He is currently responsible for handling business development across ongoing and upcoming new projects of Love Home. His role is entitled with a gamut of responsibilities, ranging from land acquisition to design & development along with construction.
