He has been augmented with 20 years of varied experience in Cloth Trading & Manufacturing, Edible Oil Refinery and Real Estate with a core focus on Real Estate Business. He has initiated the real estate business in Navi Mumbai in 1994. He has been instrumental in forming brand "Arihant" and setting up various real estate projects. Since then Arihant Group, under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Chhajer, has grown leaps and bounds to become one of the prominent Real Estate developers in MMR – Navi Mumbai and Jodhpur (Rajasthan) region.
